krystalkatzficz“So…That bloke…Um from earlier…He was one of your one night stands?” Jun asked casually as they settled into a burger joint after an hour of playing on various games. Nino felt a lot calmer now and he was even able to smile at the embarrassment of what had happened as he rubbed the back of his neck with a lazy hand humming;
“…Yeah…The last one…I wasn’t expecting him to do that…Most people…Even if you see them…Pretend like they don’t know you…”
“…Guess he didn’t get the memo…” Jun replied with a half smirk of his own his hands gripping ever so slightly at his burger before he huffed “I don’t care…You know about that…The past…What or who you did…It was your way of coping with stuff…”
“Jun…I…” Nino breathed smiling at him with a touch of soft pink filling his cheeks wondering what he could have done that would have made the mother believe that he was worthy of somebody as unbelievably sweet as Jun. It must have been something incredible and he knew that when h could h would have to thank the maiden, the mother, and the crone properly.
“Let me finish…I don’t care…Not even if a thousand people came up to you…” Jun declared and Nino was glad that he had decided against having a sip of his milkshake at that. His eyes bulged a little and he had to snort with laughter as he cried;
“I haven’t been with a thousand men!” On the next table there was a group of school girls and they all let out a weird shriek with turned into a weird giggle and flush brightly and Nino’s own cheeks went a fluid red as he lowered his voice muttering; “I haven’t…Not nearly that many…”
“I didn’t think you had…” Jun flushed brightly grabbing at his burger again twisting it around in his hands before he shrugged his voice fading as he muttered “I was just saying…”
“I know…And I’m happy you think that way, Jay-Jay…” Nino grinned reaching over the table towards his lover’s hand. His short stubby fingers reached out to shyly play with Jun’s. It was something that he had always wanted to do when they were sitting like this and now that he was actually allowed and it was reciprocated made his heart skipped and danced against his ribs.
Their fingers moved and stroked against each other in an almost battle before Jun captured his hand linking their fingers and continuing to eat his burger and fries and motioning for Nino to do the same with the jerk of the head. Nino chuckled just a little bit and then awkwardly ate his burger and fries before sucking his fingers clean. “I’m going to need my hand back at some point you know…” He chuckled pointedly looking down at the hand around his “…Not that I mind…But we should be heading home?”
“…Yeah…I guess…Should we get some takeaway for dinner later…?” Jun asked slowly moving his hand away from his slowly and Nino nodded slowly his mind running through some places that he knew that was in his budget.
“Yeah…Sushi...I know a great place, but we don’t need that until later…For now I have something else I wanna do…” He hummed grabbing what was left of his milkshake and walking to the exit leaving Jun to deal with the rubbish and to trail after him. He didn’t have to wait very long before Jun was at his side with his hand resting on his elbow.
“What do you wanna do?” Jun asked and Nino risked a very happy smirk before pressing his lips to the corner of his mouth before whispering;
“You’re going to wait and see…”
