krystalkatzficz“…Jay-Jay? You awake?” Nino whispered his fingers poking hard into Jun’s hip causing the other teen to shift around in the bed and open his eyes to look directly into his. He couldn’t understand how they’d ended up on Jun’s double bed pressed up against each other but he was very happy to roll with it. Jun’s impressive eyebrows drew together and his lips pursed as he grumbled;
“I wasn’t but I am now…What’s up?”
“Nothing…I just…Wanted to…Talk to you…We didn’t get a chance to earlier…Before…Masaki…” Nino muttered “I told you all of that…And you…You didn’t…You didn’t really say anything…”
“…I know…” Jun whispered back his hand somehow managing to find its way onto his hip his finger lightly playing around with the skin that it found under his t-shirt and Nino couldn’t fight the tremble that broke out over him or the trail of happy little goose pimples. “To be honest I didn’t know what to say...It was completely unexpected…”
“I’m sorry…I was blunt…I don’t normally talk about it…” Nino shuffled forward in the bed and pressed his face into his lover’s chest his eyes closed. “…But I wanted you to know…”
“Because you wanted me to think you were dirty…That was never going to happen, Nino...” The other teen promised his arms wrapped around him more tightly his mouth hovering over his ear. His breath was warm against his skin and Nino couldn’t help the shiver. He was glad that Jun was taking it slow but he appeared to be doing everything possible to drive him crazy “You could never be dirty…The guy that did it to you…He’s completely filthy…And if I ever saw him I’d…”
“Hit him with your lightsabre? You’re cute Jun…And bossy…But you’re not a fighter…” Nino chuckled his hands circling the waist as he nuzzled against him his eyes closing “I’m glad you’re not…I like you just the way that you are…”
“…An impossible geek? It’s what you called me when we first met when I was talking to Masaki…” Jun reminded him causing Nino to let out a chuckle remembering the day very vividly. He’d met Masaki a few weeks earlier and the man had followed him around for long enough that he was an almost friend. Masaki and Jun had been walking across the spots field talking animatedly with Jun using lots of big hand gestures. His whole nerdy face lighting up behind his large glasses. Nino had seen him before then but he had always been alone and he hadn’t had the nerve to talk to him about anything. That Masaki was there had given him the much needed courage and he had easily walked over and overheard the strangest conversation that he had ever heard. He still had no idea what they were actually talking about but he would never forget the three words that he first heard Jun speak.
“You were talking about a digeridoo, a budgie, and a rhino…You sounded completely crazy…”
“I was referring to a film…”
“Yeah right…” Nino scoffed with a snort as he looked up at the spotty face which had once again been smeared with all amounts of creams and lotions that were meant to help but just ended up making him smell of baby oil and look greasier. Jun had the decency to flush brightly his eyes narrowing just a little as he muttered;
“What about you? The second time we talked you were going on about something completely crazy…”
“That was probably Masaki…Anything crazy that happens is Masaki…I’m just the brat…” Nino shrugged with a chuckle when he realised that Masaki, who was pretending to sleep in the sleeping bag on the floor, had let out a grunting nose of protest before realising that he couldn’t say anything. “Anyway…Thanks…”
“You have nothing to thank me for…You should get some sleep…”
“You too…”
