“I’ll be back later…I have to get the children to home and fed and there are things that I have to do at home…” Masaki smiled looking down at Nino who was skilfully feeding Shizuna from a bottle, while thinking about the list that Sho had told him that he needed to get so their marriage would be legal by the end of today. It was a seriously surreal thing to be thinking about and there was so many other things that they had to consider but soon, soon he would be legally Sho’s husband and there was nothing that the Sakurai’s could do about it even if they wanted to. Once they were married they could have the children registered to their second father and they would officially be Sakurai’s too. He wanted to tell his friend that but he would do so later when the children weren’t there knowing that as soon as they found out they would be insisting on having the wedding and although he wanted that he still wanted some time to get his head around it all. “Satoshi’s here…”

“Okay…But make sure you come back…” Nino pouted reluctantly and Masaki rolled his eyes before giving a small salute in his direction and then pressing a light kiss to his forehead hoping that his friend would be out of the hospital a lot more quickly than he had been. The girl was small but otherwise perfectly healthy according to the battery of tests that Sakurai had insisted that she be put through at no extra cost.

“Of course, I’ll be back as quickly as possible…” He said solemnly before turning to the children and Sho who was waiting beside the door looking as jumpy as an excited toddler and Masaki couldn’t say that he blamed him. His own heart was jumping around inside of his chest. “Mrs Yan will come in and watch the children this afternoon…”

“Okay…But you come back...” Nino said again while Ohno was flashing him apologetic looks. Masaki gave a laugh kissing his friend once again before saying goodbye to the baby suddenly aching for another one of his own but deciding that he wanted to enjoy Sho and the family he had already for a bit before subjecting them all to the screams of a baby.

“See you soon little Princess…Come on kids…” He said and began shepherding the children and Sho out the room like he was herding sheep. He closed the door to the room and let out a long sigh of relief pressing himself to Sho’s side his arm wrapping around his tightly his cheek rubbing against his shoulder. “I forgot how demanding Nino could get sometimes…He doesn’t get sick often but when he does…He’s a drama queen…”

“He’s upsetting Uncle Satoshi…” Shoko whispered wisely from Sakurai’s other side her hand in his as she plodded along holding on to Katrina with her other hand.

“He’s just had a baby!” Jun said still quick to defend his bratty crush and Masaki smiled laughing a little as he brushed his hair with his free hand before slipping it around his shoulders in an awkward hug.

“Of course, that’s why I didn’t shout at him! Plus I was just as bad when I had you! Come on let’s get home Mrs Yan will be waiting for us…”
