krystalkatzficzThe officer in charge of the arrest had refused point blank to allow a sample for cross examination and Ohno thought that that settled it in his mind. He felt almost giddy that an open and shut case was something so exciting, more so when he told the fat middle aged man that he was more than happy to get a court order to…Seize the stuff they needed but that would mean more than a few forms and it would be surprising how many people would see them. Of course his reputation would be in tatters by the time that Ohno was finished with him. He couldn’t explain why he was feeling so vindictive to the clearly obese man but if pressed for an answer he would say that he couldn’t stand the thought of this man being on top of the skinny whore than looked like he should still be in school. He had stayed for the examination by the doctor, doubting that the man would have been even pleasant to the boy if he hadn’t been hovering in the corner, looking scary in a black suit and blank expression on his face, and as such he had seen the scars and bruises that decorated the pink flesh, along with needle marks.
Nino, as he insisted on being called didn’t look ashamed of his body, or even that bothered by the examination that was going on behind him. In fact he had just splayed himself over the table and presented a surprisingly oval and squishy looking buttocks. Ohno had briefly looked at the hole, his eyes refusing to linger, enough to see that it was bright red and sore looking with dried cum and slick lube still there. It wasn’t an attractive sight and he had moved his eyes away quickly looking at the boy’s face. For a moment he saw a vulnerable look in his face that hadn’t been there at any point in the night before. He looked helpless and lost like a frightened puppy and Ohno couldn’t deny that his normally rigid heart was moved by the sight. It was gone in an instant but he was moved enough to turn away and stare at a wall.
When the examination had been concluded Ohno was surprised by the fat police officer coming to confess that he had “shagged the little fuck, just to see what it was like”. He even went so far as to try to offer him a bribe telling him “You know what it’s like…I’m a good officer…I have kids…A wife this would ruin me…If you look the other way…I could…Pay you…What’s that kid going to do?”
Ohno fixed the man with his best stare, his eyes devoid of any emotion that he might be feeling inside even as the corner of one side of his lips twitched into an almost smile. He looked the man up and down slowly wondering if he had even noticed that he had said kids in the same sentence but in completely different ways.
“Officer…My duty is to that of my client…There is nothing that you could offer me that would make me turn my back on him...” He said calmly pulling out a small recording device that he had inside his pocket. “I am sure that, although it may not be used as evidence your superiors are going to enjoy hearing this…Excuse…I wish to have my client turned over to my custody until the date of his hearing…”

A/N: Again my limited knowledge comes into play here (I wanted to be a lawyer once…For about half a year but…History won out…Maybe if I had gone for it I would have been able to make this much better >.<) I am trying to keep as much Moau-Ohno as possible (that was the first show I ever thought wow leader is sexy) so I’m sorry if he’s not the lovable sleepy guy J I hope that this is okay ^_^
