“What are you giving him?” Sakurai growled his fists clenching into balls as he watched the doctor draw a clear liquid from a vial into a long and dangerous looking needle. The doctor had been in the room for almost half an hour examining the former whore and had been thrown up on twice without compliant. Nothing that he was doing seemed to be helping though, if anything Nino was becoming more agitated each time he was twisted and moved around. The only thing stopping the succubus from throwing the man out was that he was at his wits end and the strange little man appeared to be confident in his actions. Ohno gave him an almost understanding smile as he lifted up the bony arm pinching the skin behind the elbow and waiting a few seconds for a vein to appear. Sakurai watched with some trepidation knowing that the doctor could be waiting for some time to get a vein from his Nino as his blood flowed much more slowly now.

“A sedative to induce him to sleep sir, nothing more...It should prove strong enough to stop his stomach rolling and give him some peace…” The doctor answered his question seemingly satisfied he had found a vein when he plunged the needle deep into the very pale skin of his lover. Blood, thick and almost black, bubbled around the instrument and for a moment Sakurai waited for an awkward question but none never came. “There…That should help him sleep a little more easily for a few hours…Hopefully when he awakens the sea will be much claimer…You yourself should get some rest too…”

“That’s it? Half an hour and that’s all you can come up with?” Sakurai growled not caring that Nino already seemed much more relaxed and had sank gratefully into the bed his tightly wound body slowly unwinding as he gave a gasping breath his tiny chest raising and falling so quickly and freely that Sakurai’s own heart was filled with relief of it. The doctor stood fiddling around with his needle and the small vials again as he nodded saying softly;

“For the moment, Nino needs sleep as do you…When the ocean is calmer I will be able to see if his sickness is only from the motion of the ocean or something else…I cannot do that, sir, until the storm is passed…” Sakurai flinched as he realised that he had been told off in a very simple and calm way. A vein on his forehead pulsed lightly but the doctor paid it no attention as he got to his feet and walked towards him still smiling the same sleepy smile “All I suggest you do now is clear up the sick change your lover into a fresh set of clothes and then sleep…Or when I return I will have two patients instead of one…”

“I…Apologise…You must think that I am very rude, sir…” The succubus said still finding himself to be growling though he wanted to apologise. It was the ferial part of his brain…The part that made him more succubus than man that was reacting to the doctor that was in front of him and he wasn’t sure why that was.

“No, not at all…I think that you are a man in love and deeply stressed...It is understandable…I will see you again soon…”

“What manner of creature are you?”

If he were a succubae wouldn't Sho know it? He did not know Aiba was with his brother so maybe he's with some other succubae? He is doing good for Nino though. : )
