“You’re going to be doing an interview next week…” Jun announced slowly his eyes fixed on Ohno who stiffened completely next to Kazu who looked up, his cheeks still flushed brightly as he silently ate his food, Ohno was looking furiously at his manger his hand gripping his chopsticks so tightly that his knuckles had gone white and the almost violent tremble had started up again.

“No I’m not…” He growled in a voice that was startling and Kazu flinched a little biting his lips guessing that there was a story behind that but he wasn’t sure that he wanted to know. Jun though just raised his eyebrows resting his chin on his hands giving a small sigh before saying softly;

“Sato…I’m doing all I can to promote your show and make it the success that it deserves to be but you have to do your part…”

“I did I’m the one that’s painted the pictures…”

“Yes, I know that you don’t want to do that and I don’t blame you but I promise that it’s just a local interview…Somebody called Sakurai Shoko…” Jun hummed and Kazu almost dropped his chopsticks in surprise his eyes going to Masaki who looked overly innocent while trying to look away indicated that he knew about it but Kazu let out a gasp saying;

“Shoko-sempai?”

“Yes…You know her, Kazu-kun?” Jun asked and for a second Kazu was sure that he saw Jun smirk but a second later his expression was completely clear and looked innocent. His eyebrows knitting together he nodded his eyes going to Ohno who was staring at him closely.

“Yeah…She lived a street away from us, she’s a good friend…Um, right Masaki?” Kazu said and Masaki swallowed down the food that he had been eating as he gave a smile, his cheeks flushing very brightly as he nodded a few times saying;

“Yep…”

“Masaki fancies her…He has her picture and everything…But…She’s been a really good friend to us as well…” Kazu almost groaned as he realised how much of a kid he must have sounded just then and he closed his eyes tightly pinching the bridge of his nose before feeling Ohno’s hand on his arm encouraging him to continue “She used to walk with us to school and stuff…She was also Masaki’s tutor…”

“…I see…” Ohno looked troubled for just a moment before letting out a very long sigh turning to his manager and mumbled “Fine I’ll do that one interview…But only that one?”

“Really?” Jun asked with way too much surprise in his voice and Kazu knew that Ohno had just been hooked like a fish by his manager and he had been the bait. Jun him staring at him and he gave the smallest of winking his lips twitching just a little bit before he rose to his feet and began to gather the empty plates “Good...Kazu, Sato…You can was the plates since Masaki and I cooked…”

“I’ll do them later…” Ohno sighed but Jun hissed spinning around and growling;

“No do them now! That’s how you get flies!”

“…Fine…Fine…Where would I be without you to take care of me?” Ohno grinned and Kazu gave a smile laugh liking the relationship between the two men, it reminded him of his and Masaki’s relationship, they were clearly best friends and he guessed that that was why Jun was so supportive of them.
