Nino screamed with pleasure as Jun turned him around and entered him again. The sickly creature that had lain on the bed not long ago was completely forgotten as he moved in and out of him his hands gripping at his hips until it was beyond painful. He didn’t know if this was down to blood lust or just simply the way that Jun and Aiba fucked but he did know that although he was getting pleasure from it, he preferred the way that Sakurai took him. Teeth bit down hard on his back in the space between his shoulders and he knew that Jun had broken the skin acting more like a vampire than a succubus as his tongue lapped at the blood that was flowing free. The hospital gurney that they were on was screeching as they moved and Nino was surprised that he could hear the sound of their skin slapping against each other. Jun’s tongue swirled a few times around the wound on his back and Nino gasped knowing what he was doing. Marking him claiming him as his own.
“No!” He shouted as he struggled against him trying to fight him off as he hit out at the succubus who was now fully recovered and impossibly strong. His arms were pinned down and his face was pressed into the mattress as his master’s brother tried to reclaim him. “Please…Please…No! Ma-Master…”
Jun refused to listen to him his mind too far gone in his blood lust to respond. Nino felt the rush flow through him as he began to pant feeling the threads of life flowing through him connecting him to Jun while cutting him away from his master. Nino felt tears stinging at the back of his eyelids his heart seemingly breaking inside of his chest. His mind was already clouding with a thick black fog that he couldn’t see through. He breathed deeply through his nose desperately trying to cling on but it was no use. He closed his eyes tightly knowing that there was no point keeping them open and he gasped with surprise as he found himself back on the dock. Sakurai was standing beside the ship but unlike before he was looking at him, there was a smile on his face and a gentle look in his eyes. His arms opened and Nino tried to run to him but his feet were stuck in a horrible black sludge that was glowing a dull purple.
“Master…” He said struggling against the sludge stretching out his arms to the figure of his master terrified that if he couldn’t make it to him Sakurai would just turn and walk away “Please…Don’t…Leave me…Please…I need you…”
“I know, my love…” Sakurai said with a chuckle coming over to him and holding onto his hands their fingers linking “You’re mine…You’ll always be mine…Right?”
“…Yes…” Nino agreed with a nod pulling against the sludge again surprised to find that it didn’t feel as thick or as tight around him.
“Good boy...” Sakurai smiled pressing his lips against his lightly “I love you, Kazu…”
“I love you Sho!” He growled pulling himself free completely of the sludge and into Sakurai’s arms a ball of red and white flashing around him as he came to his senses and was back in the room with Jun marking him “No!” He spat twisting around out of the grip and pushing him across the room.
