On Gossamer Wings part 20

krystalkatzficzKazu sat on the plinth for what seemed like an age, his bum had gone numb with the effort of it and his arms and legs felt as if they had been locked into place. So far none of the conversation between him and the artist had been about his mother but about his life with the Aiba’s, his favourite colour and food and how cute he was. He had become so embarrassed at one point that he was close to losing his temper and calling the whole thing off but something inside stopped him and refused to allow him to open his mouth and say anything and although he didn’t want to admit he knew that it had a lot to do with the fact that he enjoyed the way that he was being looked at. The more he thought about it the more he realised that Masaki was right he had never been interested in girls and his insides had never rolled around like they were doing now when the girls in school looked at him.
“Kazu-kun? Do you want a break?” Ohno asked softly looking up from the canvas and Kazu hummed distractedly unfurling his body with a series of pops and clicks the toga sliding down his right shoulder revealing his thin white chest. Ohno’s lips twitched a little his eyes moving a little more over him. Some small part of him told him that he should be disturbed or even disgusted by the fact that somebody so much older than him and male was looking at him like that but for some reason he wasn’t. To his surprise a shiver, close to the one he felt when he got a new game, ran swiftly down his spine and he swallowed pulling his eyes away from the man his heart hammering against his ribs. He let out a shaky breath and got to his feet quickly so quickly in fact his foot caught in the hem of the toga pulling it further down his chest “Wow cute little nipples…” The artist chuckled and Kazu slapped his hands over his chest his ears burning while Masaki ran over to him.
“Kazu! You should be more careful!” The taller boy said fussing over him quickly straightening him up and pulling the toga back up clicking his tongue against the roof of his mouth “You ripped it! Down the back!”
“Sorry…I…Um…” Kazu apologised looking up and flushing again when he realised that Ohno had wandered over and was now standing in front of them or more accurately in front of him, standing so close in fact that he could feel the heat of his body flowing off of him.
“It’s okay…It’s just a cheap costume prop…” Ohno answered his hand darting out and Kazu jerked back away from him tripping over the plinth and thankfully landing in Masaki’s arms “Sorry, I wasn’t going to do anything…I just wanted to see if there was a way we could hold it up until I can get Jun to get me another…”
“Oh…Um right…Um…Sorry…” Kazu whispered swallowing down a lump cursing himself, of course Ohno wasn’t going to be affected by his body he was just a scrawny kid…And I don’t want him to be affected! His brain screamed, I’m not gay…Oh yeah? Another voice in his head piped up as he felt Ohno fingers brushing over the skin of his back, so the reason you’re getting so excited now is...?
