krystalkatzficz“Wow…This…Is something else…” Nino breathed as he looked around at the all of the decorations. There were thousands of them plus millions of lights that all twinkled brightly like stars or at least what stars would look like without all of the light pollution from the city. Jun had taken him to a garden centre or at least it was meant to be a garden centre but it looked more like Santa’s village and he wanted to stay forever. He couldn’t believe that anywhere could be this beautiful his eyes darted around everywhere but he knew that no matter how much he looked around he wouldn’t be able to see it all.
“It is very impressive…” Jun agreed his arm wrapping around him holding him into his chest and Nino allowed it until there was a hooting of a train and his head whipped around gasping loudly like a child when he saw a train going around the bottoms of the trees weaving in and out like he had seen in movies.
“Wow…That’s amazing…” He said pulling away from Jun and crouching down to study the purple and yellow train that had a soft puff of steam coming out of the funnel. He knew that he shouldn’t be so excited about it at 18 but he couldn’t control himself his eyes went up to Jun when he knelt down beside him, his hand resting on his back.
“Shall we get one?” Jun asked and Nino wanted to say yes but he could only imagine that something like that would be needlessly expensive. He was about to say as much when Jun pointed out “If we buy it now than we’ll always have one, ne, we won’t have to get one next year or the year after…”
“You’re very sure we’re going to be together…” Nino mumbled rubbing his face against Jun’s arm his heart flipping and dancing in his rib cage.
“Of course we are…I’m not going to let you go…” Jun grinned kissing his nose and making him blush hotly and look around to make sure that nobody had seen. There were a few people around, some with children, but nobody was looking at them and he quickly kissed his lover again just a light kiss and then he moved away his blush deepening as he ran his tongue over his lips and Jun laughed stroking his cheek and helping him up “So we’ll get the train…Right…Lights next I think!” They walked over to the side taking one of the large shopping trollies and collecting one of the train sets while ignoring the looks that they got from the people around them and then walked off through the arch way of lights. “Do you want multi-coloured, plain or gold and silver?”
“Hmm…” Nino hummed look up at the arch at the different types of lights that were all twinkling away merrily. The plain lights were pretty, but they were also cold and impersonal. The gold and silver were classy, there was no question about that and he thought that they would look the best in Jun’s posh apartment but whenever he thought about Christmas it was always red, green, yellows and blues and that was what he pictured for their Christmas tree. “Multi-coloured…If…That’s okay…”
“As long as it’s what you want then it’s perfect…I think it isn’t Christmas without colour…” Jun said grinning as he picked up three boxes of 2000 lights. “Do you think that will be enough? We have to do the tree and then we’ll want some around the windows…I think we should get some more…”
“Who’s putting all of these up?” Nino joked rolling his eyes and trying to imagine all of the decorations making Jun’s apartment festive and pretty. It would take a lot of work to do though and even then it might not feel like Christmas. His mum would still look like she would rather be living in her own world and they would all be trying to ignore the fact that they had to deal with the walrus’s funeral or anything like that.
“We’ll do it together, ne…I promise that it will be fun…” Jun shrugged gathering some more of the lights not even looking at the prices. Nino shook his head with a fond smile following Jun around as he marched them towards an aisle of tree hangings.
There was everything from little wooden drummer boys to pot bell angels. There was even a set of baubles that had painted scenes of cats either sat beside the fire or playing with the decorations. They were just the kind of thing that his mum would love but the price nearly had him putting them back until Jun guided his hand to the trolley.
"They're cute, ne? You mother will love them...and what about these?" Jun added picking up to more baubles that were blue with love hearts that had 'my 1st Christmas with my boyfriend' inside them. "Too cheesy?"
"I'm...a little bit...um maybe just one?" Nino answered with a grin. The butterflies were dancing again and pride flared through his body. "I'm going to look over there..." He whispered detaching himself from Jun before he did something really crazy like make out with him in the aisle of decorations. Jun gave a hum his eyes already going to more of the baubles that were shining and glittering and Nino doubted that he would be missed for a few minutes.
The decorations in the section he went to were cheaper and looked it. It was made of shiny paper and they were just the things that had been on his mums tiny tree. He reached out to brush over the little stars and Christmas hats that were dangling from the tiny strap of string and he felt tears stinging at his eyes. it was all too garish for a Christmas in Jun's apartment but he wanted it, he wanted to decorate a little tree just the way his mother had to see if she would remember and then he'd tell her how much it had meant to him and that he still had the broken figure she'd brought and the t-shirt tucked up inside his bottom draw.
He gathered all of the sparkly paper decorations, searching his brains for the exact ones that his mother had used and then he carried them over to Jun who had already piled more decorations onto their trolley. As he expected Jun just gave him a smile as he placed them down and his eyes sparkled brightly.
"my mother and I had those in our apartment when I was little...I'd almost forgotten about them! I didn't even realise that they still made them..." He said and Nino remembered suddenly that nlJun hadn't always been rich. It was something that he kept forgetting and he guessed that it was because he couldn't imagine it, Jun seemed to have been born to be the prince on a white horse. His cheeks flushed hotly as the thought flashed through his mind that Jun really was his prince on a white charger. "Kazu? Everything okay?"
"Huh...um...yeah...um...coffee is there a coffee place here?" he asked dislodging the the 'cheesy' thought with a shy smile trying to fight the blush from taking over. Jun's eyes narrowed suspiciously for a moment before he grinned his arm sliding around him lips pressing easily into his hairline.
"You drink so much coffee I'm worried that it's in your veins I think I'm going to have to check that out.." Jun purred against his ear and Nino shivered his cock twitching in his trousers as he lost the battle with his blush and he eyes darted around glad that there was nobody on their aisle at the moment but he could hear them getting closer. "Maybe run a few tests all over body...hmm maybe I should taste you all over to see if you sweat coffee...I bet you do...yes tonight I'm going to taste every inch if your body just to make sure you're not completely affected by coffee..."
"Jun..." Nino whispered weakly deciding that he very much wanted tonight to come as quickly as possible.
