Sleeping with the boss part 27
“Are you sure you don’t want to come?” Nino asked as Jun wrapped a scarf around his neck to protect him from the chill. It was the day after his confession to Jun and he still felt like he was floating, Jun had used every opportunity he could to touch and caress him lightly with his fingers or press their lips together and every time they were alone he would whisper the words against his ear his arms wrapping around his waist. It was definitely the honeymoon part of their relationship. Kazuko was on her knees against the small table, her eyes were focused, like they had been yesterday and she was smiling at them as she was ironing Jun’s shirts that she’d hand washed earlier that morning. At first the CEO had protested but Nino had stopped him. It was a horrible thing but after watching her scrub and rinse out the clothes she seemed to be almost normal again. Like the familiarity of the routine was keeping her grounded.
“No…Thank-you…But…I…” She answered shaking her head as her hand stalled. They had been expecting her to refuse so Jun had asked Ohno to come and sit with her. There was definitely something calming about the ‘Devil Lawyer’ for his mother, he’d seen it the first day that he had been there but he was surprised that somebody so important and powerful had time to come round and ‘babysit’ his mum. Ohno didn’t seem to mind though and was happily sitting behind the antique desk with a stack of files for a case he was working on.
“We’ll be fine here, won’t we Ninomiya-san? We’ll get some food and hot drinks for when you come back, won’t we?” Ohno told them softly, his sleepy face lighting up with a gentle smile that caused his eyes to radiate with love and warmth. Kazuko blinked and then blushed a little, nodding her head before returning to the act of ironing. “Just go and enjoy yourselves…Every day brings us closer to Christmas ne, if you’re not careful they’ll be no point in decorating at all…”
“Okay…Well, we’ll be going then…” Jun said smiling and nodding at them as his arm wrapped around Nino’s shoulders pulling him into the warmth of his body and Nino smiled his cheeks flushing as he nervously wrapped his own arm around the slim waist. Ohno smiled and nodded at them looking up from his paperwork again;
“Take care…”
“Um…Be…Be careful” Kazuko said timidly and Nino couldn’t resist placing a kiss on the top of her head as they passed. He didn’t want to leave her, he was terrified that something was going to happen to her but at the same he wanted to spend some time out of the apartment away from her with Jun so he could just forget completely. He hated himself for thinking that and guilt tore at his heart.
They left the apartment and for the first time Nino realised that there was just a short corridor and then they were in an impressive mirrored elevator that had show gold trimmings. The floor looked like polished marble and he felt bad for walking on it in the tatty trainers he was wearing.
“Are you in the penthouse?” He asked as soft music started to play and the elevator began to move down with just a soft jolt that sent his stomach flying up and then down again. Jun’s nodding reflection was shown in all of the mirrors surrounding them and Nino had the sudden image of being made love to in something like this. The image of Jun being all around him while pushing into him from behind made his face flush hotly and he quickly buried his face into his side hoping that Jun wouldn’t catch him blushing.
“Huh…Yeah…I know it’s a bit showy off-y but I like heights and the view is better…” Jun shrugged his hand coming up to stroke the back of his neck. “You okay? Is your body hurting?”
“No…I’m fine...” Nino said quickly forcing away his embarrassment and trying to change the subject “Um…Where do you get a Christmas tree?”
“There are a lot of places that we can go to, but first I think we should go pick out decorations…Lights and things…I have some that I brought for ‘Just in case’ but you should pick out some…It’s our tree right? I want it to be covered with our stuff…” Jun said with another shrug and Nino once again felt his heart sing at the way that Jun showed his love for him. He didn’t think that he would ever be able to get used to that love. It was something that he hadn’t felt much in his life but it seemed that Jun was prepared to make up for all of that. He gave a nervy laugh and once again hid himself until Jun tugged him around so he was looking him in the face. “Am I being to sappy?”
“A little bit…But…I think that I can forgive you…If…You…Ki-” Nino answered licking his lips as his eyes focusing on Jun’s mouth hoping that he was going to kiss him. Jun smiled his fingers moving through his hair pushing the few strands away.
“Oh? If I what…If you don’t tell me…I won’t know…” He whispered his breath tickling at his skin on his lips. Nino’s cheeks flushed trying to look away but Jun held him fast, like yesterday keeping their gazes locked together. The elevator came to a stop jolting them a little as the door slid open revealing to foyer but still they stayed locked in their weird staring battle “Kazu, never be afraid to tell me what you want…I want to give you everything I can but…I don’t want you to ever feel like you have to hold…”
Nino moved his face darting forward and his lips capturing Jun’s, he swallowed down the rest of the sentence as his tongue moved around the seam of his mouth. Jun chuckled a little his arms sliding down and wrapping around him before letting his body fall back into the mirror with Nino resting against him. Nino controlled the kiss, moving his head in alternate angles pressing his tongue in deep before pulling it out and tangling it with Jun’s. The older man’s hand slid down his body cupping at his buttocks and pulling him flush to his body. They kissed for a long time, the soft music of the elevator looping three times before Nino finally pulled away his tongue brushing at his swollen lips as he looked into his lover’s flushed and happy face. His body buzzed with light ripples and he was almost tempted to call off the shopping trip and ask Jun to take him up to bed but the thought that Ohno and his mother were up there waiting for them
“Hmm...Yup that’s what I meant…” Jun grinned letting go of Nino’s buttocks and wiping away some spittle from the bottom of his lip “…Come on, Kazu, we’d better get out of her before we give a real show to the security cameras…”
“Cam-eras..?” Nino repeated in horror his eyes going up and in the light he saw the familiar red blink of a camera and he felt like fainting “I’m sorry…I didn’t…Um…”
“Relax…I’ve told you I don’t mind who knows…But I really do think we should get moving now…” Jun said calmly and Nino nodded hanging his head in embarrassment. Jun might be confident and open but this was still new to him and he was unsure how to behave when Jun took his hand and led him out of the elevator and through the foyer. “So…Decorations first…What kind of things do you want? Formal or cute and cuddly?”
“Um…I…” Nino thought hard for a moment, his mind going to that one Christmas he had with his mum before going to the huge tree in Jun’s mum’s house. He didn’t want something that big but he felt that his mum deserved something that beautiful if they could manage it “Like your…Mum’s…”
“Okay! I know just the place!”
