Sho yawned rubbing his eyes as he walked into the bookstore/café, it was early in the morning so early the sky was still trying to shrug off the night and more than once Sho felt like it was way too early, sleep was still clouding his brain causing his body to be sluggish and slow. He and Aiba had been celebrating all night and although it was the good kind of tired he was still tired and all he wanted was a strong coffee or he wouldn’t survive the day teaching the brainless brats that were meant to be his students. Sho rubbed his eyes again and gave a discreet yawn stretching out his back muscles the scent of fresh baking and coffee washing over him and revived his spirit. Though it was the place more than smell that made his heart feel lighter. This café was the place where he had met Aiba again after he had stopped being his student. Sho gave a smile walking over to the counter his brain happily remembering back.
~/// Two Years Earlier///~
Sho entered the café slowly, it was a new place and he didn’t really trust things that were new, but it was meant to be good. All of his students had praised it up so much more so the staff who were meant to be incredibly attractive that he had decided to try it out. It was pretty enough, decorated in warm browns and happy yellows, the café was situated in the corner of the shop with soft chubby looking chairs around small tables. All around him was books and audiobooks and Sho knew that it would be the kind of place that, if the drinks were okay, he would frequent. He walked over to the counter and his mouth almost dropping open when he saw who was behind the counter. Aiba Masaki.
He would say that Aiba looked better than ever out of his school uniform. His hair had grown out framing his lightly tanned oval face. His almond shaped eyes still sparked with a brightness and a mischief that Sho hoped would never leave him. He had hated fancying him at school he had never fancied any of his students before and he never would again but there was something about Aiba that had won him over even without him trying. Sho felt nervous as he approached the counter, he had known that Aiba had fancied him in school but it had been a year since then school boy crushes didn’t last forever.
“Sakurai-sensei!” Aiba said brightly and loudly, his breathy voice just the way that Sho had remembered and it sent a happy wave of pleasure through him, his eyes shone as they stared at him with the same kind of puppy dog eyes that he had used when he was in school and hadn’t understood a question. It was enough to make the corners of Sho’s mouth twitch into a large toothy smile,
“Aiba-kun, what are you doing here?” he asked deciding that there was no harm in being pleasant, he was no longer his student anymore after all, he was rewarded almost straight away by Aiba flashing him a wide smile that lit up his whole face and sent Sho’s heart into overdrive.
“I work here!” The boy told him cheerfully looking around the bookstore with a happy completely innocent expression on his face. It was the kind of expression that caused waves of desire coursing through Sho’s veins and it had been the same when the boy had been in his last year of school. Never before or since had he been attracted to a student and it was something that had horrified him when he had first realised it. He had wanted to stay away, had done everything in his power to try and stop the attraction that he was feeling but it had made him cold towards the ever cheerful boy and he hadn’t been able to last for more than two days. He couldn’t stand to see the pain in Aiba’s face. “They let me buy the audio books cheaper…I’m surprised to see you here sensei! I…Since I’m so close to the school I was going to come visit! But I don’t have the time…”
“Oh…So if I asked you out on a date…Would you be able to make the time then?” Sho asked, his mouth moving on its own with very little input from his brain. Aiba’s face went through an interesting array of colours before settling on red as he nodded mumbling;
“If…If you asked I would make the time…”
“Good…Go for dinner with me…On Friday…” Sho told him in a soft voice aware that Aiba’s manager seemed to be watching them closely and he didn’t want to cause him any problems.
“Yes please sensei!” Aiba cried and Sho smiled knowing that he was going to have to do something about the whole ‘sensei’ thing if they were going to date then he couldn’t have him calling him sensei all the time.
~//// Present day///~
“Is there something that I can get you?” A pleasant female voice asked pulling the teacher out of his thoughts and he blinked looking into the rounded face of the server,
“Huh?”
“Um…Coffee…Tea…?” The server said motioning around her, her smile hadn’t left her face but a worried look had come to her eyes. Sho forced his brain to start working he blinked again and then gave a smile of his own trying to reassure her that he wasn’t crazy. The smile seemed to do the trick as her cheeks glowed hotly and she gave a simpering type of giggle and quickly Sho flashed his wedding ring, using it as a form of shield like he always did if somebody even attempted to flirt with him. He was a happily married man and soon there would be a baby, a cute little baby that he could love and treasure as much as he loved his husband.
“Minted coffee…” He said when she had stared at the ring on his finger for several minutes realisation dawning in her face
“Yes, sir” She smiled bobbing her head and hurrying up to make it. Sho watched her for a few minutes and then pulled out his phone deciding to check if Aiba was awake.
*~*~*~*~*~*
Aiba groaned as the phone rang shrilly pulling him out of his pleasant dream. His body was trembling with a dull ache that was spread out over his lover half. Sho had made love to him over and over last night ‘practicing’ for their baby’ and his body could still feel him moving over him. He whined happily as he rolled over, his lower half burning and protesting with each movement, and grabbed the phone cutting off the shrill sound of the phone.
“Hello, Sakurai-Aiba, speaking!” He said cheerfully down the receiver purring happily when he heard Sho’s voice in his ear;
“Hey, baby, I just wanted to see if you’re awake…”
“…You just woke me up! Why did you leave so early?” Aiba whined looking around the room that was filled with all the things that they had collected over their two years together. It was all mismatched and Nino would say it was idiotically cheesy but Aiba liked it, everything was special and meant a lot to them.
“I had a pop quiz to prepare for…” Sho answered and Aiba let out a loud bark of laughter,
“I remember those! They were evil…”
“You always did very well on them…”
“Only because you always told me and Nino that you were planning one…You technically let us cheat…” Aiba mumbled with another laugh his eyes settling on the picture on the bedside table, it was of their wedding and it really had been the best day of his life even if he had been so nervous he had thrown up a few times.
“You still had to study for it…Ah my coffee is here…”
"Mint?" The younger man sighed, it was the only type of coffee Sho would drink now two years ago it had been a completely different story he'd only have regular or decaf until Aiba had told him it was boring,
"Yup..."
"Is it as good as mine?" Aiba asked already knowing the answer Sho would give before the words were even but wanting to hear them anyway,
"You know it isn't..."
"Sho-chan are you still sure...about the baby?" Aiba asked his fingers rubbing over the glass of the picture frame worried that Sho was only agreeing to make him happy.
"Yes...you, me and a little baby it will be perfect...we can talk it over when I get in tonight...don't cook I'll get us a takeaway...we can talk and practice again..."
"...anymore and I'll break!" Aiba giggled his cheeks flushing hotly when he heard his husbands laugh vibrating against his ear "... But...Okay, Sho-chan...love you..."
"Love you too...get some more sleep, I want you tested for tonight...I'll see you later..."
"Yup bye bye Sho-chan!" Aiba rang off with his usual cheerfulness before resting back into the pillows in the centre of the bed thinking about the first time he had ever seen his husband.

A/N: I hope this was okay...I promise sexy times soon, I was just babysitting for my niece and nephew while my brother and sister-in-law went Christmas shopping and I can't write sexy scenes while children are present it feels weird 8-/
