Ichigo Koichi stalked out of his den. The breeding season was almost over and only three of his six mates were with pup. They were pathetic every last one of them, he snarled under his breath looking at the pathetic creatures that were scurrying around, they should be honoured that he would even consider gifting them with his pups. The only one worth his seed was his Kazunari. His stomach grew hot as his mind went to the young omega. He was the child of his twin and their pups would carry their genes. It should have been his sister but she had been corrupted, twisted and turned against him, Kazunari was pure and untouched. There was something about him that was off, but that wasn’t anything that wouldn’t go away when he made him his.

“Alpha...Alpha...” A small, young voice shouted followed by the sound of pattering feet. Forcing a benevolent smile onto his face he turned to look at the red hair omega that was chasing him a piece of parchment in his chubby little hand. His face was pale and his eyes wide with fear as he skidded to a stop in front of him. The neck was exposed and Ichigo had to stifle a growl wanting him to hurry up and tell him what he wanted. The boy opened and closed his mouth a few times waving the letter around.

“Little Omega? Is all well?” He asked in a soft tone fighting everything in his body was telling him to snap out and demand he speak or leave him alone.

“I...This...I...Letter...” He spluttered and having had enough of waiting for the boy to speak he grabbed the letter from his hand and held it out so he could read it. The writing was messy and badly spelt.

“Nino and I have decided to run away. I didn’t want to bond to Beta Gao. Sorry...Masaki” Ichigo let out an animalistic growl screwing up the letter in his hand before stalking back to the omega den pushing the young omega to the floor roughly. Once at the den he pushed the door open and walked inside. There were a handful of unmated omega inside and they all trembled at the sight of him. He sniffed the air for a moment and then snarled again before leaving the den and going out to the centre of the village. A collection of Sigma, gamma and a few beta were standing around and he spat.

“Where is Nino?”

“Al-pha?” The gamma and sigma squeaked nervously looking guiltily at each other and Koichi spat diving forward and grabbing two of them by the throats and squeezing tightly, so tightly in fact that his nails punctured the skin and caused blood to flow from the wounds.

“Where is my mate? Who was on guard duty last night?” He spat looking around at the fearful faces. Two gamma at the back of the group shifted and the waves of nervous scent that came off of them was enough to make him release the two he was holding. He shifted into his wolf and pounced on them. Without even questioning them he wrapped his teeth around the first’s neck and then tore the flesh open. He wouldn’t survive ad Koichi didn’t care. Nino was gone and these two would pay the price of allowing him to leave.

“Al-pha...Please...” The second whimpered while the beta where wondering if they should dare to intervene. They didn’t and the second tried to claw himself away but Ichigo soon pinned him down and tore out his throat. He shifted back into his human form and wiped his mouth with the back of his hand.

“Find, Nino, now...” He spat to his beta surprised when the didn’t immediately jump to do as they were told. Beta Gao spluttered nervously his Adam’s apple bobbing as he said;

“Alpha...What...Happened?”

“That brat Masaki decided that he didn’t want to be bonded to you and has seen it on himself to take off and has taken Nino with him...”

“What? But that’s not...” Gao spluttered and Ichigo threw the screwed up paper at him. Gao read it and then coloured brightly his chest puffing up as he took the letter and tore it in two. “That brat...He should be honoured...Nino...Nino must have...”

“Have a care what you say, Gao, Nino is mine and I will have him back...Go find him...”

“Alpha...The breeding season...It hasn’t ended yet...We cannot leave...Our mates” His second said and Ichigo growled his eyes flashing though even in this state Ichigo knew that it would be too much to ask.

“As soon as the season ends get out there and find Nino...And clean that mess up” He spat pointing to the two former guards before stepping over the whimpering pair that he had only injured. He stalked to his den his mind blazing with fury. He had lost his sister he would not lose his nephew as well. He would be his and they would create the most perfect pups.

Nino giggled happily as the Nova pack came in from their run. None of them had changed back into their human form yet and he greeted each member of the pack with a stroke. Satoshi came to him last and Nino stared into the blue white eyes before pressing a kiss to the black white nose. The wolf licked him slowly on the chin before he shifted and pulled him against his naked body.

“You’re dirty! And sweaty!” He laughed but his arms wrapped around his alpha anyway holding him close. His nose nuzzled against Satoshi’s neck as the alpha laughed picking him up and taking him to the alpha nest while the beta and Masaki changed into their human forms tangling with each other on the beta nest jostling Saito a little. The older beta didn’t look overly bothered though and just smiled at their antics.

“Did you have fun?” Nino asked Masaki when he saw his face peering out from under Arran’s arm and Masaki beamed at him brightly.

“It was so fun! I can’t wait for you to get your wolf so we can run together!” Masaki gasped and Nino buzzed with excitement at the idea of running with his pack. He couldn’t wait to see what kind of wolf he would be. He hoped that he would be like his bearer’s.

“Still a few years yet pup, but will get there” Saito hummed from his position on the nest and Nino gave a nod as Satoshi hugged him tightly drawing his attention to him as he said;

“We are going to properly include Masaki into the nova pack, he wanted you to be with him”

“Of course I will!” Nino said looking at his friend. He didn’t really know what happened but he knew that no matter what he would be with Masaki. Just as he knew Masaki would always be with him. He still couldn’t remember their lives together before but he knew in his heart that he and Masaki had always been together.

“He also asked that you take part, Saito, though you are not yet full pack you are still pack...”

“I am honoured to be included and I ask that you make me pack today also?” Saito asked firmly and Satoshi gave him a nod before humming;

“Then we shall go out and start, it’s a simple process...”

Oh boy! Should be fire works happening soon. Let's see....Saito was contacted right after the breeding time was over...took them about a week to get there. So if they are good trackers then the ichigo clan should be in Nova clans territory soon. Will the ceremony be interrupted? 🤔💙💛
