 “You can’t let Nino do this!” Masaki cried as soon as Nino and Yuri had left the house and the children had gone to play in the garden leaving just the adults and Satoshi turned to shoot the other Omega a look. He may have relaxed around Nino but he still had a professional face that he put up and that was what was there now. He knew that his eyes would be icy as he eyed the excitable young man but he couldn’t stop him.

“I do not control my husband, nor do I tell him what he can and can’t do” He growled back in response “Nino is free to make up his own mind and I will support him the best that I can”

“Eight children are going to be hard on him though!” Sho chimed in coming to his husband’s aide as he stood beside him with his hand on the small of his back. Satoshi turned his eyes to the beta but he knew that what they were saying was fair. It wasn’t what he would have wanted for his husband but he had been extremely happy that Nino had told him something that he wanted for himself. “I know that Nino will want to do everything that he can to make you happy but it’s going to be too much”

“I am aware of that; the sheer number of children would be overwhelming for anybody but you can’t expect them to be separated? There is already so much confusion for them, and things are only going to get worse” He breathed knowing that this was going to be a very public trial and he wanted it to be. He wanted there to be as much fuss as there could because it was the only way that he was going to get the silent majority to finally step up and demand to see changes. He hated himself as he knew that his judge mind was delighted that his brother in law had been a monster because he knew that he could use it he could use it to make sure that his law of all Omega having physical checks would be pushed through. Like Nino though he wanted his nephews and nieces to be shielded from the storm as much as they could. “They are going to need each other and Nino as much as possible…”

“…Then let us take four, the twins, Yuri, and Junta should go with Nino, they are already deeply attached to him, and the others could stay here” Masaki breathed motioning to the house that was the home that the children should have grown up in. Satoshi had to admit that it was the perfect environment for the children to have a healthy and happy life. Masaki and Sho were a perfect well-adjusted couple if a little idiotic in love “We have plenty of room and they will be close enough to their brothers and sisters so that they can see each other every day”

“That is too much to ask of you”

“You’re not asking we’re offering, we want to do it. I’ve always wanted a large family and Sho will always give me what I want, ne?” Masaki grinned turning to look at his husband who rolled his eyes but nodded confirming Satoshi’s belief that they were a true idiot couple “He even gave me the stars once”

“Your wish is now and forever my command, my firefly, but it would mean that we could no longer function as a guest house, I couldn’t have strangers coming into a house with children…” Sho hummed and Satoshi nodded liking the idea of this more and more but he knew that he couldn’t agree to anything before he had asked Nino “Not while everything is so up in the air…”

“…I like the idea but I can’t agree, I have to talk about it with Nino first…”

I love love love that Ohno instantly says that he will only say yes if Nino is okay with it. That shows how serious he is with him
