How are you feeling now?” Ohno asked softly the next morning as Nino opened his eyes and then immediately closed him a moan sounding through his nose as his hand came up to cover his eyes. “I think that we should take you back to the doctor again…” The guard sighed placing his hand on the prince’s forehead glad that there was no sign of a temperature and Nino moaned shaking his head as he lay it against his neck his arms wrapping around his waist as he allowed himself to be cradled in his arms. “I know that you dislike hospitals, Kazu but I would feel better if I could just have you checked out…”
“They told me that it was just tension headaches…” Nino sighed and Ohno nodded already knowing that as it was him that had dragged him to the hospital in the first place. “And it’s not like I haven’t been having a lot of tension lately…”
“I know…” Ohno admitted knowing in his heart that it probably was just tension headaches. From what he had had heard from Kazuko’s guard she suffered with them as well but he just wanted to know that that was all it was. Sometimes they got so painful that it seemed like nothing would take away the pain “But we could just go and see…”
“Find the person doing first…” Nino sighed nuzzling his nose against his neck causing Satoshi to tense realising that he hadn’t told him the new information they had learned last night yet. “If they don’t stop after that then we can go to the doctor…I promise…”
“…Very well…We actually think we might have a lead…Do you remember Masaki’s bodyguard around when you and he first became friends…His name was Imagawa Gorou? Masaki said that you found him to be…”
“Creepy…? Yeah…He kept touching Masaki…On his neck and on his leg…He would say really suggestive stuff too and then pass it off as a joke if we understood them which we did about 30% of the time...” Nino growled and Ohno held him a little bit tighter to his chest. Neither the prince nor the idol had said that he had made sexual advances towards Nino but it seemed that he had gotten the man’s attention as well “…We were young and naïve…You think that it’s him? That he’s been obsessed with Masaki for this long?”
“I think we can’t rule it out…”
“Urgh! Why didn’t I think of him straight away? He’s the only creep that I’ve ever actually known but I didn’t even think of it…I told Masaki then that he was a creep…And his parents but Masaki said that he was just friendly…” Nino told him and Ohno supposed, if this man was the stalker, that that was where his obsession had probably come from. He probably fancied himself in love with Masaki and his defence of him probably played into his delusion making him think that Masaki wanted it as well. It probably didn’t even register to him that Masaki had been the one in the end that had gotten rid of him. He probably thought that his parents were the ones keeping them apart. He wasn’t sure when his love for Masaki had turned sour but it had and that made him extremely dangerous.
“You were just a child you can’t blame yourself for that, Kazu…I should warn the Aiba’s and arrange for them to have protection as well…If he blames them for keeping them apart then he could go for them…Is there any reason that he might…Have developed an obsession with you as well?”
“I can’t imagine so…He didn’t like me…He hated it whenever I was too close to Masaki…Find him?”
“Of course, little prince…”
