“Satoshi?” Nino breathed a little later when they had left Kimiko’s rooms and made their way out into the garden which was thick with snow and he was surprised when Ohno’s arms came around him to hug him to almost crushing hug his face pressed into the crook of his neck as sobs, loud and very painful sounding, tore from his throat his body shaking near violently. The lord was actually shorter than him, just a little, but he was much more powerfully built and it didn’t take long for Nino’s knees to buckle and for them to sink into a large drift of snow which soaked through his clothing but neither of them seemed to realise or care. Nino wrapped his arms awkwardly around his lover and held him as tightly as he could his fingers wrapping in his fabric. It was the first time he had seen the proud man cry and he suspected that it was truly the first time that he had cried for the loss of his brother. He had carried around the weight of his death but hadn’t really focused on it which was something that Nino had hoped to achieve when he had encouraged him to speak with the Lady Kimiko. “Everything will be okay my love…” He whispered rocking him gently from side to side and simply allowing him to cry out his woes. “I’m here…”

“…Uhnmp…” Ohno gurgled against his cold skin and Nino gave a slightly awkward smile and traced the line of his back with his fingertips. The raw emotions continued to pour out of Ohno for quite some time after that and Nino held him with the same force throughout never growing bored or pulling away until Ohno did so first. The older man righted himself his tears nearly frozen on his face and the collar of Nino’s robe. “Sorry…”

“You don’t need to apologise, my love…” Nino smiled taking out a handkerchief and wiping the tears from his lover’s face. “You have been holding a lot in for a very long time…But the lady Kimiko doesn’t feel that it was your fault and neither should you…It is time that you let the guilt go my love…”

“…You…You may be from the future, my strange healer, but…You are also a gift sent from the heavens by own brother…” Oho breathed sounding so sure of that that Nino honestly thought he believed the words he was saying and it was completely possible that it was the truth. There might never been another explanation as to how he fell through a time crack and ended up here.

“Maybe…Maybe it was your brother that somehow brought me to you…If that’s the case then…Then I think that he must love you a great deal because I do…” Nino said cupping the older man’s cheek his hand moving over the slightly puffy under eye with a smile “I love you…So much…And I want you to be happy…And I suspect that your brother wishes for that from you too…”

“…I think…You are right…” Ohno nodded and then moved forward capturing his lips in a hot, near burning kiss his fingers tangling in his hair. It was hotter and more passionate then any of their kisses before and Nino felt his cheeks grow warm when Ohno whispered “You said something about a bath…And sucking me…As I sucked you…Shall we go?”

A/N: Ohno still has things to work through but he’s laid a few ghosts to rest…Things should improve for Nino… ;-)
