Fillers are fine....they fine tune the next chapter. (Even if you have several fillers in a row...they all lead up to something important.) I thought this was interesting because it may have awakened Sho to be curious about more surgeries if it has changed. I think he would do anything for Aiba. Even if Aiba does not care how he looks he still would feel better about himself if he could feel better about himself. I think deep down he wants that confidence back that he use to have so he can be with Aiba the way he wants to. Wow, I guess I made sense...lol...it's hard to talk about another person's feeling but you have told his story, his past so well that it makes me feel like I know him.
