“…Sho-chan…You can let go of my hand now…” Masaki whispered as they reluctantly left the museum and headed into the shop that seemed to be more of a paradise for Masaki his eyes sparkling brightly as he saw a sleeveless jumper and an umbrella with question marks on. Sho didn’t want to let go of the hand it felt right against his. It was roughened and chipped even with the years spent with his grandfather indicating that he hadn’t just sat by and lived a life of luxury.

“I don’t want to…” he mumbled as Masaki used one hand to put both the umbrella and jumper into the basket. The younger man turned to look at him in confusion and Sho held the hand a little more firmly as he tugged him towards him saying with all the confidence that he could muster “I don’t want to…I don’t know if you could understand those women earlier or not but they…They said that we were dating…”

“Oh? Eh! Sorry…” Masaki breathed blushing to the roots of his hair and Sho smiled encouraged by his reaction as he took a step forward and threaded their fingers together before whispering;

“…Don’t apologise…It…It just made me realise that I…I want that to be true…Honestly…In the shop of the Doctor Who Experience isn’t exactly the place I had dreamt of confessing to you…” Masaki swallowed and then let out a nervous little laugh his hand squeezing around his momentarily and Sho squeezed back his confidence growing with each second that passed and Masaki didn’t try to stop him.  “But…The truth is…I’ve been falling in love with you since I first met you…You’re incredible…Beautiful…Passionate…These last few weeks with you are the happiest that I have been since I can remember…”

“Sho-chan…I was a prostitute…I…I have been with a lot of men…” Masaki muttered sadness in his eyes now and Sho could sense that he wanted to use that as an excuse “…I am no good for somebody like Sho-chan…”

“You’re better than I could ever be, Masaki…” Sho said meaning it. Masaki was everything that he wasn’t while also being everything that he wanted to be. He was sweet, warm and loving and even now he wanted to wrap him into his arms and beg him to take a chance on somebody like him. “Even after all you’ve been through you see the beauty in the world your heart is soft…I don’t care how many people that you’ve slept with…I am falling completely in love with you…So please go out with me…”

“Um…I...I mean I-If you really want me too…” Masaki whispered shyly looking so red in the face that Sho was almost convinced that he was going to pass out. Sho smiled and cupped his cheek lightly in his hand wishing that they weren’t somewhere quite so public so he could kiss him. In the end all he could do was stroke his cheek a few times and squeeze his hand promising himself that he would make up for it when they were alone.

“Thank-you…Um…So shall we see what else there is?” He said looking around the shop hoping that some time looking at the merchandise would calm them both down a little and before he knew it Masaki was off his eyes moving around like a hunter’s until he found something that he could a sonic screw driver and then badges and more things than Sho could keep track of. It seemed as though he was having fun though and not once had he tried to let go of his hand meaning that Sho was pretty happy as well and even purchased himself a replica of the screw driver he had just seen on the ride portion just a reminder of what happened here.

Ahem…If I were a wealthy woman I wouldn’t be because I would have spent it all there XD the first two items that Masaki picks up are from my Doctor Sylvester McCoy’s Doctor XD I couldn’t resist XD
