Nino sat on his bed looking at the pictures of him and his master. Satoshi was curled up and the pillow beside him every now and then letting out tiny snores. He was going over everything that Aiba had said about his master and the thing that was after him. No matter how many times that he went through it in his head none of it made sense. Why would somebody want him so much just to hurt Jun? His master had told him that his parents wanted to trade him so that they could stay beautiful and He had said that he had done his part of the deal so why hadn’t He taken him before?
He wanted, more than ever, to be able to speak to his master wanting to hear Jun’s input. Wanting to be able to see for himself that Aiba hadn’t been lying to make him feel better and that his master was really okay.
Nino blinked in surprise when he realised that the room had suddenly become pitch black. He felt around with his hand trying to feel Satoshi but finding only air. The bed had vanished, as had all the pictures and Nino found himself standing in a vast emptiness.
“Aiba-san! Sakurai-san…Satoshi!” Nino shouted his body flailing around as he tried to find a way out but seeing only more darkness “Aiba-san! Sakurai-san! Satoshi!”
“Boo!” A childish voice said in his ear and Nino jumped spinning around his heart leaping against his chest when he saw a strange looking man standing behind him. He looked like Jun, with longish dark hair that curled around his slim face there was even a mole near his lower lip. For a second Nino believed that it was his master he was looking at and he nearly ran forward to embrace him until he looked at the eyes. The eyes were completely wrong although they were dark like his masters, Jun’s eyes were dark like two pools of black ink but they were warm and forgiving, these eyes were…Insane…Like the person they belonged to had seen too much in his life and had decided that he wanted to go somewhere else and be someone else but he couldn’t really escape who and what he was and Nino knew who it was.
“You’re Him aren’t you…” Nino said and there was a high pitched laugh and He started hopping from one foot to another while clapping enthusiastically
“Yes…Nino-child is so smart!” He cried his head cocking to one side His chin resting on His hands as he studied Nino carefully humming “You have grown up so much, Nino-child…You’re so beautiful now! Just like your cruel mummy and daddy… They were beautiful but they were mean and they lied to me…But your Jun-master made them suffer…” He whispered his hand going to his mouth as he beckoned him closer with the other his insane little eyes darting around the room “I think he enjoyed hurting them…Hehe…”
“You…found me?” Nino asked his voice shaking even though he really hadn’t wanted it too. He was trying to hard not to be scared but he couldn’t help it, after everything that had happened He had found him anyway. Nino was heartbroken that he had been sent away from his master for no reason.
“No I didn’t find you yet, Nino-child, this is all just a dream, Nino-child must have been thinking about me a lot to bring me here… I promise you though ... I will find you and then we can play with each other…Won’t that be fun Nino-child?” He said his voice alternating between sad, angry and happy and Nino felt his stomach flip with nerves and his heart thud in his chest. “Don’t be scared Nino-child…You never have to be scared of me…I would never hurt you Nino-child…You are so special to me…”
“Why? Because you want to hurt my master because he rejected you…” Nino said sharply, his flesh coiling when he heard that he was ‘special’ to Him. The way He said it made Nino almost believe it
“Oh! No of course not!” He laughed his voice echoing around the emptiness and boring into Nino’s skull and giving him a headache. He laughed until tears rolled down his cheeks and he had to wipe them away with the cuff of his sleeve “Is that what they told you? That’s not very nice…Junny-Jun-Jun…Never rejected me…” He giggled and Nino was positive that two spots of colour formed on His cheeks. “Junny-Jun was…So gentle, his tongue moved all over my body…Heheh… I shouldn’t talk about it though! It’s a secret…”
“You…With master…” Nino whispered tears prickling at his eyelids when he thought that his master had slept with Him. He knew that Jun slept with people…He needed too to take their sweat so that he could live but he didn’t want to picture him doing it, it hurt too much.
“Yes…Oh but…Junny-Jun didn’t want you like that did he?” He said softly looking upset as he came over to him and patted his shoulder “I’m sorry Nino-child…But…I want you…I want to play with you…”
“Why me?”
“Because, Nino-child you were created for me, to be my toy…I put a lot of my magic into you, Nino-child you’re all mine…” He whispered, his voice was so gentle and to Nino it seemed like it was full of understanding. His hand brushed against his cheek and lips and Nino gasped trying to understand the meaning behind the words but not able to and as those fingers, so like his masters, brushed against his lips again he couldn’t understand why it was it important to find out. “We’re meant to be together, Nino-child…You and me…We’re meant to be together…So we can play all the time”
“But…But…” He whispered his feet moving taking him closer to Him as heart beat a rapid pace against his ribs. There was no fear now just a strange burning excitement that was burning through his body.
“Your parents…They lied to me and they weren’t very nice, I told them that I would give them what they wanted and they would give me a baby…Everything was all planned out…And then they broke the rules…They took my toy and they made him bound with somebody else first! They took you and they made you look at Jun…It’s not fair you were mine! My toy, my pet but…I thought that I would be nice, and I thought that Nino-child would like me if I let you stay with your Jun-master…But…They twisted you against me…Don’t you understand, Nino-child I just want us to be together so we can play because I made you…I made you and I just want us to play all the time…” He took a step closer to Nino now, his hand reaching out and touching his chest. Nino shivered as the fingertips brushed against him and he gasped as he looked down and saw that he was topless. The fore and middle fingers brushed against his nipple and He grinned, his eyes dancing “Does Nino-child like that? We can play like that some more…All you have to do…Is tell me where you are…Tell me…And I can come fine you and we can play…”
“Um…Eh…”
“Jun-master never wanted to play with you like this did he? I do…I want to play with you…I want you… Tell me where you are Nino-child…Please…”
“…Sn-….” Nino started but stopped when he felt hands shaking at his arm tugging at him
“Nino-master…Oi Human wakey, wakey now…!” A sleepy voice shouted and Nino blinked looking around his breath coming out as a long snort.
“Whatzizp?” He mumbled blinking suddenly when he saw a cute man all in white fur sitting crossed legged on the bed staring at him with familiar pale blue eyes. He let out a ragged breath as he whispered “Satoshi…”
“Yes, Nino-master…I am Satoshi…Your animal spirit guardian…”
