Masaki flinched as his former pimp’s fist landed in Sho’s face knocking him backwards over the floor and causing spots of blood to drop over the floor. He tried desperately to save the man that he had just started to talk to properly but Jun just shook him off and sent him a glare that had his insides curling into little knots. It was the look that he saw only a few times while being directed at him and that was in the early days when he was still out of his mind on drink and drugs something that he hated now even though he owned the club.
“What the hell were you doing? Making him do that?” Jun growled standing over Sho who was holding his head in his hands. Masaki wiped away the fear and moved forward not wanting the man to say more than he should. He wasn’t ready for Sho to know the truth yet, not when they were starting to talk and be friends. He darted forward and wrapped his arms around his waist dragging him back away from the cowering Sho.
“I was giving him a massage that’s all, Jun-san! Sho-chan slept funny when he was watching over me last night…I was having bad dreams…” He cried frantically trying hard to pull him back towards the door Taco barking with excitement as he wagged his tail obviously not sure how he was meant to react. “He was looking out for me!”
“So why were you acting like a servant…?” Jun growled his body looking very close to taking a kick at Sho who had turned to look at them with a bruised and bloody eye causing Masaki to try and look apologetic while at the same time trying hard to stay strong.
“I wasn’t Jun-san! I promise I was just helping out a friend!” He tried again somehow managing to pull him further back. It took a while but he was glad when Jun’s body was starting to relax in his arms. “I promise…Please Jun-san…Make me some coffee…and those pancakes…Please…?”
“If you’re sure…” Jun growled darkly still tense but no longer a threat. Masaki smiled knowing that he was only doing it out of love for him. Jun trusted only very people and he was one of them. Jun was almost ten years older than he was and had taken him on as more of a brother when he had quit being a whore and Masaki was glad that he hadn’t just left him alone. It was a dark connection to his past but Jun had proven to be a good and true friend and he wouldn’t be without him even if he could be deeply over protective. “Fine…Be out in five minutes…”
“Yes, sir…” Masaki breathed giving a small salute before letting him go and kneeling down beside Sho his hand resting on his shoulder as Jun stalked away. “I’m sorry, Sho-chan…Jun-san is very protective…”
“I’ve noticed…Is he your boyfriend or something?” Sho growled sounding as though he was slipping back to the way that he had been before yesterday. It was something that he didn’t want to happen and he shook his head quickly.
“No…Just a friend…Come into the kitchen and let me treat your eye…” He whispered his voice a near plead hoping and praying that he wouldn’t look at him so closely “Please…”
“...Thank-you…It’s a good thing I wasn’t planning on going to work to do…In fact, if you’re willing, I was hoping that we would be able to arrange the funeral this morning…” Sho told him and Masaki stiffened in mild horror his breath catching in the back of his throat as he tried to give him a small nod.

I'm actually curious about jun and nino's progression too
