"May I have the clown fish?” Nino asked as he looked at the mountain of stuffed teddy bears that were in front of him. It had a cute purple and yellow ribbon wrapped around what he assumed was the head. Jun had taken him to the souvenir shop and had threatened to buy him everything in it unless he picked something out. He felt more than a little foolish picking up the soft toy that was clearly designed towards children but he couldn’t help but love the soft feel of it against his hand and cheek.

“Of course…What about the surgeonfish as well?” Jun asked pointing at the purple fish and Nino gave a very small shrug but nodded almost happily taking the second fish and hugging it to his body. He knew that there were people looking at them but for some reason he didn’t really care. It wasn’t the first time that he had been brought things but it was the first time that he had been allowed to have something so…Pointless and somewhat childish. “Right let’s pay for these then I have to get you to Satoshi before I head to my meeting again...We’ll have the whole day together tomorrow so I want you to decide what you want to do…”

“Um…I’m fine with…Anything…” Nino shrugged doubting that anything he would want to do would please Jun. His answer didn’t seem to please Jun though as he shook his head quickly saying;

“Talk to Satoshi and ask him what there is to do around here and decide…Honestly whatever you decide to do we can do…”

“Okay, sir…” Nino nodded slowly handing over the two teddies to the cashier who smiled blindly as she rang them up and placed them into a paper bag. As Jun pulled out his wallet to pay for the goods Nino looked at a stand that held pamphlets depicting places of interest around the area. He couldn’t read them but from the pictures he could tell that there was some castles that seemed interesting along with some mines. “Like that?”

“That would be interesting…Why don’t you take them and look at them with Satoshi this afternoon?” Jun asked gently motioning to the pamphlets and Nino swallowed his eyes going to the woman who was still ringing up their purchases up sticking them in bag that had was decorated with photos of fish, sharks, and coral.

“Um am I allowed?”

“They’re for tourists…” Jun shrugged taking one of each of the pamphlets until he had thick stack in his hands. “Remember we can so anything that you want...Satoshi will translate it all for you…”

“Thank-you…I…Will try to make it fun for you…”

“More importantly make it fun for you…Right let’s get going…” Jun took the bag that was held out for him and thanked the smiley woman. They left the aquarium and headed down the road towards the docks. Nino moved the stack of pamphlets into one hand then and then very boldly slipped his hand around Jun’s happy when he squeezed it back and held it all the way down to the boat. Once again Ohno was already on deck with Frances yapping happily at his legs.

“Hello Nino, did you have fun at the aquarium?”

“Yeah I got a clown fish teddy…” Nino said flushing when he realised how childlike he sounded. “Jun brought it for me…”
