krystalkatzficzJun took Nino’s hand and pulled him out of the office. There was more activity now with people coming in and of the offices but none of them pay any attention to them. The woman behind the front desk looked up and tried to wave them over but Jun pretended not to see and continued to tug the older man out. The car was nowhere to be seen when they reached the outside and Jun looked around his eyes narrowing on the glowing sign of a burger bar. He looked at Nino who was smiling but he still looked pale and his eyes were still red and puffy from crying. Jun’s heart turned over and without even thinking about it Jun tugged him into
the circle of his arms again and pressed his lips to the top of his head.
“JJ...You’re so sweet...” Nino murmured pulling away to look at him and Jun smile running his fingers over the red on his eyes. “I’m gonna have to call Sho-kun and Masa...I need to get my story out before Ohno an Aarin do...After what he said to Aarin I’m worried what his version will be to his son...”
“First...Let’s go and get that burger...” Jun murmured not wanting Nino to have to go straight back and have to relive all that to his daughter and son-in-law. He still wasn’t completely sure what had happened between his lover and the other man but from the reactions of both of them in that room it wasn’t anything good.
“Okay...Let’s go, JJ...” Nino agreed taking his hand again and Jun tugged him down to the burger bar. He knew that two men in suits would look odd inside the burger joint but he didn’t care all he was thinking about was trying to cheer Nino up and he didn’t have any chocolate bars on him.
“Go and sit down...” Jun said motioning to the red tables that were surprisingly empty for the time of day. Nino let go of his hand and walked like a man in a dream to the furthest, most secluded, table. Jun waited in the small line keeping his eyes on Nino who was playing around with his phone until it was his turn to step up to the counter. The bouncy woman behind the counter smiled and flirted as she took his order and Jun shot her an icy look before looking back at Nino worried about how empty he seemed to look. True he hadn’t known him for very long but he doubted the hollowed out figure sitting at the table was not the Nino that Masako had known throughout her life. He paid with his bankcard and then took his tray managing to put a smile on his face before he headed over to him. “Here you go Nino-san; I wasn’t sure what you wanted to drink so I got you a banana milkshake...”
“My favourite...Thanks, JJ” Nino said managing an empty looking smile. Jun nodded sitting down and handing him the boxed burger and the milkshake noting the phone on the table with Sho’s contact information showing “I tried to phone to get him to wait until I’m back before he talks to his dad...”
“What did he say?” Jun asked up wrapping his own small cheese burger and Nino sighed shaking his head as his hand stalled on the wrapper admitting,
“I didn’t manage to get a hold of him...Either he and Masako are busy or Ohno’s already spoken to him and he absolutely hates me...”
“I doubt that’s true...Masako was saying that she wanted to ride the rides today so that’s what they’ll be doing...” Jun said with more confidence than he was actually feeling and was rewarded by a semi-real smile from the older man.
“Seriously...You’re too sweet...I don’t think we’ll have time to go to the shop this time...I’ve got to go and straighten this out and soon as possible...” Nino sighed finishing unwrapping the burger and taking a big bite that didn’t seem like it would fit into his mouth. Jun’s cock twitched when Nino moaned as he chewed the cheese burger, it was a sound that was so like the ones he made when they were being intimate moments that his toes curling with delight. How did you know this was my favourite?” Nino asked sucking on his straw and drinking the banana milkshake.
“It’s the same as Masako’s...” Jun shrugged his hand still moving up and down on the foot. Nino gave a laugh and nodded some life returning to his eyes and Jun smiled when he saw it.
“It’s my fault...When she was about 7 we used to climb into the car and travel around and a tent in the back, a tent that we never used we just slept in the back seat of the car, anyway we had food from wherever we stopped and she always had to have exactly the same as me we did that every summer all summer until she was twelve...” Nino said before having another bite of his burger and making the same moaning sound. “And during the times we weren't together she would ring me and ask what I was eating...It actually made me eat...”
“Masako had an amazing life...” Jun mumbled wishing that he had been able to do half of those kinds of things with his parents and he jolted again when the little toes caressed his cock through his trousers again.
“I did all the things that I would have wanted to with my parents...I don’t have that many memories of them...And the ones I do my dad was barely in them...” Nino admitted and Jun guessed that that would make sense, “I was worried that if anything happened to me Masa wouldn’t have good memories...I didn’t want that...So what kinds of stuff did you do?”
“Mum and Dad would take me on holiday for two weeks every year with my grandparents...” Jun answered, he found it a weird thing to be talking about but if it was making Nino happy he’d carry on talking about it “We’d rent a caravan and go onto the beach every day. Well me, my dad and my grandpa did, I’d build sand castle while they’d watch the ocean or my dad would dig a huge hole...”
“Sounds like you had a pretty happy childhood too...” Nino said before sucking his fingers and wiping his mouth on a napkin. They both jolted when his phone started buzzing moving across the table “Sho...” He gasped picking it up before dropping it. It slid across the table an quickly Jun answered it scared that he would ring off
“Hello, Nino-san’s phone...”
“Mat-Jun-kun, its Sho...Nino gave me a call but I missed it is everything okay?” Sho said before he could get anything else out.
“Um wait a second...” Jun said passing the phone to Nino whose foot dropped to the floor and started speaking in a rush his face going pale again,
“Sho-kun...Have you already talked to your dad yet?” He gasped out and Jun could hear the raising desperation in his voice “Sho...I’m begging you if you love Masako even half as much as I think you do...Please wait until I get back to talk to him...Please...” he begged frantically and Jun found himself getting to his feet and moving around the table and sitting beside him taking his free hand and squeezing it lightly. With a small smile Nino returned it speaking again “There are something’s that I need to tell you and Masako, I don’t want it to be twisted...Please...Thank-you we’ll be there in about two hours...”
Nino clicked the phone off and then scrolled through the contacts until he found the one he was looking for “...Yes...Get the copter ready I’ve gotta head back straight away...We’ll be right there...” He clicked the phone again and was once again scrolling through the phone. The next number he called was the driver and Jun gathered what was left of their meal. By the time they got out of the restaurant the car was already waiting for them and quickly they got inside. Silently they munched their way through the fries and their milkshakes the whole time Jun was praying that Sho and Masako would understand, for Nino’s sake.
